We offer PR 4 and PR 3 pages for your links. The pages that currently have PR 0 are new and haven't been spidered yet by Google. But they should be at least PR 3 on the next crawl.
We require back links from PR 3, PR 4 pages or new pages but linked from a page that has a good PR.
The page where you put the link to us should NOT have more than 100 links, and the links must be on categories. No link farms please.
Your link's url must not contain special characters like "?" or "&". These links are useless to us and will not be accepted.
