ArtWaver lets you add natural graphic effects and movements to your favourite photos, and this way convert them into attractive animated elements. Later you can save them as a screensaver, animated GIF or Flash. You can add the effects with a conventional drawing pencil, and apply filters to a selected area of the image.
Among the many artistic effects and filters you can apply, youґll find natural effects like rain, snow, water drops, waves, clouds, mist, etc. Movement effects include mirror, blur and others more abstract.
