Folder Tag 1.0
This freeware program adds the new document \"Folder tag\" to Windows Explorer \"File|New\" menu. Tag - small file with text description - can be placing in any Windows folder. Further, Folder tag storing the window position (for each file) and saving input text without additional mouse clicks.
