IpMaster - Internet Ip Packet Monitor, or Sniffer, Filters, Displays, Logs Ip data
IpMaster sniffs, or monitors, Internet and/or Network data packets coming in, and going out of, your PC and network. IpMaster allows filtering packets so as to provide the capability of seeing only the data you wish to see, putting aside information that does not pertain to Ip addresses and/or Port numbers you desire to examine or track.
For you Gamers... IpMaster gives you total control and flexibility...filtering by Port numbers and Ip addresses so as to isolate, say cheater?s Ip addresses, and/or examine game server Ip addresses and data flow throughout game play. By examining the data packets, you can isolate player names, matching them with Ip addresses. In a Soon-To-Be-Released version, IpMaster will allow clicking on a specific Ip address resulting in an immediate blockage of the selected Ip addresses ( gotta love it for those cheats ), when you are the game server. See descriptions of techniques I use to control the players in the flight-sim server I manage....you?ll discover how to better manage your game servers.Network Buffs... IpMaster will show three ( 3 ) display formats, Text, Hexadecimal, and Decimal. IpMaster maintains it's own log file. The log file maintains all information, not filtered, that has been viewed since the last time the Clear button was pressed. In a Soon-To-Be-Released version, IpMaster will allow saving session logs for record keeping.
You need to provide logs to an isp webmaster, of hacker attempts on your computer or network ? IpMaster's logs are complete...simply press the Clear button, then save off the IpMasterLogPkt.rec file when you're done. The next release will have this new functionality built in, with session record keeping features.

A Soon-To-Be-Released version, IpMaster Pro, will incorporate full firewall capabilities including Allowing, or Blocking, Ip addresses or Port numbers on-the-fly. We're goin full guns...WATCH FOR THIS ONE !
