If you follow the Wrinkle Cure diet, this software will make your food selection and daily nutrition management exceedingly easy.
First, it analyzes your diet for adequate consumption of nutrients recommended by Dr. Perricone such as vitamins A, E, C, the B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B-6, B-12), folate, calcium, zinc, magnesium, potassium, etc.
Second, it has the glycemic indices (high, medium or low) for over 500 most common foods. [Glycemic index (GI) is a rating system for evaluating how different foods affect blood sugar levels. With a single command, the user can see all foods in the appropriate GI category for selection. The Wrinkle Cure diet uses GI to determine good and bad carbohydrate food sources.
Third, it pre-assigns hundreds of foods in lists categorized by Dr. Perricone such as 'Good Carbohydrates', 'Bad Carbohydrates', 'Antioxidant Best Bets', 'Acne Foods', 'Dry Skin Foods', 'Rosacea Foods'. Users can modify these lists as desired and can conveniently access food lists suitable for their skin conditions.
Fourth, Omega-3 Counter for Windows is included at no extra charge. According to the Wrinkle Cure diet, Omega-3 EFA fights inflammation in the body.
Some NutriGenie features that few other nutrition software can provide: Foods can be sorted by specific nutrient content for better choices.
